Reflections on my English language learning: Writing

What are you proud of with your writing right now? What are you proud that you can do as a writer?

I’m proud that I am using more technical word, because in my first writing I think I didn’t use any of the technical words. Also, I am proud of my strong support I wrote for my claim, because there wasn’t any strong detail in my writing. And I have much organized paragraph than before.

Now, compare an early piece of writing to a recent piece of writing. What do you notice about how your writing has changed in three areas:

I think my writing has changed in vocabulary, strong support, and grammar. I have changed in my vocabulary by not many of the misspelling. Also, I have a strong support in my geography writing that I am writing these days. And I correct my grammar after I write and I check if this words fits into this sentence.

If you had to pick one area of writing (Linguistic Complexity, Vocabulary Usage or Language Control) that you think you have improved on the most this quarter, what would it be? What makes you say this?

I think I have improved in Linguistic Complexity. Because, I check after I am done with my writing, if it is well organized and clear to read. Also, in my geography project I have been using strong evidence that support my claim for example, using statistic, and the fact that is given in the book.

What area of writing (Linguistic Complexity, Vocabulary Usage or Language Control) would like to work on at this point?

I want to work on Language Control. Because I have many mistakes in my grammar. Also, I forget to use transitional words to connect the idea or start the new idea.
